This gorgeous, high quality, Deluxe "60" Rhinestone Tiara is accented with dozens of shimmering rhinestones! A heart design sits atop the headband, and stands about 2" tall, with a sparkling "60" dangling in the middle. The sturdy headband itself is silver-colored, measures about 5 inches wide, and is one-size-fits-all.
