When you wish upon a star …. Our “Birthday Diva” Wishing Wand is a sparkly fun birthday novelty item for the birthday girl to spread her good wishes among her birthday guests! The wishing wand has a 15.5 inch candy pink plastic wand, with a 4.5 inch metallic pink cardstock star atop the wand that reads “Birthday Diva” in black ink set against a white background (printed on both sides). On each side of the star is a gold bell that jingles when you move the wand. Black and pink foil strands decorate the top of the wand. Each “Birthday Diva” Wishing Wand is sold individually.
